Change pax type for low fare child while check in.

If the passenger is child and passenger type is Adult in low fare category. Staff of check-in counter should press Booking tab after selecting passenger. 

 

Then press the Edit tab, after it the following window will open.

Change the passenger type to Child and press OK

Double Click on name to enter Nationality

Reassign passengers of previous flight for No show

Click only on HK status and click on booking

Step1 click on change Step 2 click on reassignment

Step 1 click on select flight Step 2 select date(future date) Step 3 click search and select last flight and click ok

Click on reassignment and click "yes"
